order cut-off time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing time includes reviewing your order, quality control and packaging. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Processing Time
Order Processing: Once you place an order, please allow 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat) for processing. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take additional time.
Business Days: Our processing and shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Change of address

Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
International Shipping
